Feedback and complaints

We are continually looking to turn patient feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. Your feedback helps us understand how we are performing and therefore all feedback, both positive and negative is welcome as it helps us improve our service to you, our patients and your community.

Raising a concern

If you have a concern about the care you have received or that of a loved one, we recommend that you should always contact us directly so we can try to resolve this for you. You can contact us and request to speak to Andrea Kershaw, our operations manager in the first instance. If you feel you are still not satisfied and would like to put your concerns down in writing please address this via email to euxton.medicalcentre@nhs.net.

However, if you feel this is not possible or you do not wish to do so then you can raise a concern by contacting the ICBs’ customer care team.

Giving feedback

Making a complaint

We make every effort to give the best service possible to all our patients. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible. To pursue a complaint, please contact the practice manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately.
